Wellness Programme Sessions

Your 60-minute coaching sessions will be 1:1 with me via Zoom.

Our time spent coaching is used to help you move forward and find the tools that will allow you to make better choices and create time freedom in your life.

Coaching in this wellness programme isn’t like other therapy sessions, where time is spent rehashing the past. But rather, we use our sessions to help you make choices and find the desires that will enhance you for your future.

During your session, you will determine the changes you need to help you feel motivated and energised so you can start making bold choices.
